Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately.
∎ Responding to calls in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related person. Manage and update the telephone directory of the organization. Keep up-to-date with all official /business contact numbers.
∎ Maintain Front desk & MD room management notifying the Chairman/Directors on upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Maintain and upkeep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. And shall be responsible to keep all types of records relating to the Front / Reception Desk and pass them to the proper authority.
∎ Receive/ distribute all kinds of incoming DHL/letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills etc. & keeping record. Provide necessary information to the Client, and take messages.
∎ Guest/visitor, foreign buyers. Delegate management, messaging, and reminders for concerned officers.
∎ Has an understanding of operation for the PABX system.
∎ Should be smart in conversation in Bengali and English

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Reception, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Group of Companies, Reception
∎ Should be smart in conversation in Bengali and English
