∎ Greet clients as they arrive and provide a warm welcome.
∎ Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
∎ Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information about travel services and packages.
∎ Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
∎ Maintain and update calendars for meetings and travel plans.
∎ Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
∎ Manage office supplies and ensure the availability of necessary materials.
∎ Assist clients with their travel-related queries and issues.
∎ Handle complaints and provide solutions or escalate them to the appropriate department.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
∎ Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
∎ Follow safety procedures and control access via the reception desk.
∎ Ensure the security of the office premises.
