Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
∎ Handle phone calls incoming/outgoing with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Received phone call & transfer it to the concerned person
∎ Answer and screen heavy incoming phone calls
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
∎ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
