Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from a Reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Operator, Customer Support, Data Entry Operator/ Supervisor, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Telephone Operator

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Customer Support, Front Desk, Reception, Telephone Operator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
∎ Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
∎ Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public
∎ Support the Directors and other staffs
∎ Performs receptionist functions
∎ Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
∎ Provide word-processing and secretarial support
∎ Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
∎ Receive and deliver mails
∎ Perform other related duties as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Well spoken in English & Bangla
∎ Having previous relevant work experience would be a plus point
∎ Computer skills including the ability to work in spreadsheet and word processing programs (having skills in website development would be an advantage)

Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
