∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relation, Call Center, Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Support/ Client Service, Front Desk, Reception
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Call Center, Consulting Firms, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet, assist and/or direct immigrants, visitors and the general public
∎ Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
∎ Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
∎ Support the Directors and other employees
∎ Performs receptionist functions
∎ Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
∎ Provide word-processing and secretarial support
∎ Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
∎ Receive and deliver mails
∎ Perform other related duties as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Well spoken in English & Bangla
∎ 1 year of work experience preferred
∎ Computer skills including the ability to work in spreadsheet and word processing programs

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
