Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting and Welcoming: Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees upon their arrival.
∎ Phone and Email Handling: Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and respond to emails promptly.
∎ Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and reservations as required.
∎ Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with inquiries, provide information, and maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
∎ Security: Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring the entrance area.
∎ Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
∎ Documentation: Maintain and update visitor logs, employee directories, and other administrative records.
∎ Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies, as needed.
∎ Multi-Tasking: Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
∎ Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any visitor or administrative issues in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
