∎ HSC/ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day front desk operations.
∎ Keep the record of all in-coming and out-going calls.
∎ Attend to internal & external clients and guests.
∎ Provide assistance to visitors with proper etiquette.
∎ Responsible to handle all types of courier and keep records of all documents in & out.
∎ Keep the transportation records properly.
∎ Maintain Employee Movement Register.
∎ Maintain company junior staff's like driver, peon etc.
∎ Provide administrative support to the different departments.
∎ Perform any other duties instructed by the Supervisor/ Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Reception
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories
∎ Must be Cooperative.
∎ Should be smart, well behaved and well-groomed.
∎ Strong communication & services skills and self-motivated.
∎ Well-spoken in English & Bangla.
∎ Good clear hand writing.
∎ Polite, Punctual & Obedient.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Applications.
