Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all clients, visitors, guests and delegates into the front office in a professional manner, attend to their requirements and provide a courteous service.
∎ Respond to all telephone calls, incoming &outgoing mails with required information in a good and courteous voice and manner.
∎ Maintain all records, security and telecommunications system related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with employees.
∎ Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
