Reception, Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining proper cash control to Patients service standards on a day-to-day basis
∎ Attend to Patients' inquiries, requests, complaints and compliments
∎ Ensure proper training and procedures are in place to ensure provision of quality services
∎ Attend to crisis or emergency situations and perform service recovery
∎ Record the details of events in Duty Manager Log Book and to take necessary actions
∎ Front Office personnel to ensure Patients receives warm attention and personal recognition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hospital Experience will be given priority.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
