∎ Candidates must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla
∎ Candidates who have experience on front desk, Call & Guest attend will be given preference
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Day to day front desk operations
∎ Attend all in-coming and out-going calls and forwarding calls according to that
∎ Greet and welcome internal & external clients and guests with a professional manner
∎ Provide assistance to visitors with proper etiquette
∎ Receive all kinds of email, letters, documents and delivered to the required person.
∎ Responsible to handle all types of courier
∎ Keep the transportation records properly
∎ Maintain Employee Movement Register
∎ Handle queries and address complaints
∎ Any other work as required by the Management
