Educational Requirements:
∎ Must hold BBA/Bachelor Degree and/or MBA/Master's Degree with good academic result
∎ Skills Required: Book keeping, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), Customer Support/ Client Service, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Smart presentation Skill, Telephone Communication

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Front Desk Management, Hospitality Management, Office Management, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Shipping, Transport Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming clients, visitors, guests & business delegates into the front office in a professional manner, attend to their professional requirements & provide a courteous service. If require refer him/her to the related authority/official in order to portray a positive image of the company
∎ Respond to telephone/fax calls, incoming/outgoing mails with required information in a good & courteous voice & manner respectively
∎ Ensure maintenance of visitors register record keeping with necessary information
∎ Maintaining database of all important phone numbers, e-mail addresses & contact addresses of important persons/organizations
∎ Maintain proper security & telecommunication system for smooth Front Desk operations
∎ Being responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents & dispatch them to concerned official/authority keeping corresponding records
∎ Maintaining Employee Attendance Register on daily basis
∎ Maintaining professional courtesy with clients, visitors, guests & business delegates
∎ Providing cash & cheque to vendor(s)/other concerned under due guidance of Accounts and concerned Department (as/if required)
∎ Maintaining documents for cash delivery of Clearance & Forwarding for the company
∎ Daily checking of office cleaning/Service Staffs duty/Security & Safety issues
∎ Switch controlling of office main entrance gate
∎ Ensure reception area is well organized & in a presentable condition
∎ Assist in coordinating and arranging official meetings
∎ Any other job assigned by Management and concerned Authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart at work
∎ Self-motivated and time oriented
∎ Good organizing and multi-tasking abilities
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken English
∎ Good command over Bangla writing
∎ Should have effective communication skill
∎ Candidate has to be proactive with reliable working attitude
∎ Well versed in computer operations and good experience in MS- Word & Excel and email
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and ethics
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Strong, Energetic, Sincere, Honest & Punctual
∎ APPLICANT HAVING EXPEREINEC IN THE MARITIME OR SHIPPING SECTOR WILL BE PREFFERRED
