Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information.
∎ Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests
∎ Cooperate with employees from all departments.
∎ Update and maintain information and program tracking
∎ PABX Operation & Facilitate telephone connections to all employees
∎ Ensure cleanliness of the reception area
∎ Keep record of staff movements
∎ Keep record of visitors name and address
∎ Maintain log for all incoming and outgoing letters/mails/documents and dispatch to appropriate staff.
∎ Maintain appointment diary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Front Desk, Reception, Telephone Operator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies
∎ Should have good command over English Language, Reading, writing and fluently Speaking.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge over MS Office and national & international language typing capable.
∎ Should be smart and well presentable.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill
∎ Willingness to accept the most effective role
∎ Excellent listening and understanding skill
