Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dedicated and committed dynamic Engineers who can join and strengthen our existing dynamic team; who will be responsible for managing and coordinating heavy equipment installations, maintenances, & repairing activities of their assigned customer accounts and field territory. They will also interact with Customer Support & Product Management from time to time complying Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ The selected Engineers will be trained and groomed extensively within the organization to partner with the team of future leaders of the company. They will be inducted with different functions and will be provided opportunity to build career in the competitive fields.
∎ Location: Dhaka/ Ashulia / Bhulta

Additional Requirements:
∎ A stint of 1 to 2 years in Service activities preferably in a large, reputed organization with technical and industrial products.
∎ Experience in Gen-Sets, Heavy Electromechanical Equipment and Products will be given preference.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
∎ Should be an excellent result oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skill and aptitude.
∎ Should be Well Groomed, a Self Starter, a Proactive, Positive and Pleasant Personality with strong attitude to work with challenging and ever demanding situations.
∎ Have a great sense of urgency and go getter attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
∎ Self-motivated, Hard working, Dynamic and Energetic.
∎ High motivation for growth and personal development is must.
∎ Subjective knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
∎ Sound knowledge on industry and business landscape.
∎ Fundamental knowledge in Generator, Heavy Mechanical Product.
