∎ Job Location: Shovonchari, Suabil, Faticchari, Chattagram

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Supervisor on Bricks Products.
∎ Production Supervision.
∎ Get the jobs done by workers/relevant employees/contractors maintaining "Time Management" Target.
∎ Maintain site related files and other documents readily available and share with the management time to time.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by Management
∎ Prepare daily production report
∎ Minimize wastage in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfil order quantity
∎ Maintain highest standard of quality and skill development in the floor
∎ Acquire independent troubleshooting capability
∎ Leadership attitude and capability to manage a team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bricks or Tiles-
∎ Young, dynamic, proactive and smart.
