∎ Reply customer prompt.
∎ Office rules regulation must have to be followed.
∎ Have to be punctual.
∎ Have to be well mannered.
∎ Be respectful with coworkers.
∎ Competent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must have the ability to work in a team.

∎ Managing and updating customer database.
∎ Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
