Education: Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or a related field. Previous experience in food quality control or assurance is preferred (freshers may apply). Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000). Basic laboratory testing and quality analysis skills. Strong attention to detail and reporting skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Description / Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure food quality and safety standards throughout the production process. Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and company quality policies. Collect and analyze food samples for quality, hygiene, and safety testing. Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Maintain proper documentation, quality records, and inspection reports. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure quality compliance. Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in production areas. Assist in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections. Train production staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
