∎ Ensure consistent taste, quality, and texture across all product lines.
∎ Work closely with the operations team to scale recipes for commercial kitchen use.
∎ Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life tests.
∎ Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
∎ Innovate new menu items aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
∎ Collaborate with procurement to select ingredients that ensure taste and cost-efficiency.
