Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Automobile.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect the vehicles on job completion to ensure Quality Control has been done prior to delivery of vehicles and ensure the signing and proper filling in of job delivery forms.
∎ Estimating time, date of delivery taking in to prior consideration all possible difficulties that may come during repair and taking in to consideration the customers' requirements and follow up of the same.
∎ Monitor the body and paintwork section ensuring quality control at all times.
∎ Supervise and ensure that cleanliness of workshop, tools and spare parts division floors and windows and surrounding areas are clean at all the times.
∎ To coordinate and monitor customer satisfaction with Manager, Customer Support and to discuss and solve in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly reports on the entire situation at the workshop.
∎ To monitor the proper use of the company's standard software system.
∎ Conduct regular service drills with the technicians
∎ Other tasks as assigned.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Engineering Firms, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop
