Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Ensuring medication of the patient ordered by the physician.
∎ · Attempt to resolve any problems encountered by incoming patients in hospital premises.
∎ · Ensuring hospital waste management and overall cleanliness of hospital premises.
∎ · Ensuring cleanliness of ward/cabin, ceilings, doors, windows, bedside lockers etc. in every shift of the hospital including washrooms.
∎ · Liaise with concerned departments including Public Works to maintain hospital building repair, maintenance and utility services.
∎ · Supervising sewerage and sewage work.
∎ · Conducting BCC and skill development activities.
∎ · Assist in assigned medico-legal work and liaise with police as required.
∎ · Preparation of duty roster for Class IV employees and ensuring their daily attendance and performance.
∎ · Perform other duties as assigned by superior authority from time to time.
∎ · Supervising and managing daily activities on the floor.
∎ · Coordinating with staff to optimize workflow and customer service.
