Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fitness Assessments: Evaluate clients' fitness levels, health conditions, and goals to develop appropriate training plans.
∎ Workout Plan Development: Create customized exercise programs based on individual needs, preferences, and fitness levels.
∎ Exercise Instruction: Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensure safe execution, and provide modifications as needed.
∎ Motivation and Support: Offer encouragement, positive reinforcement, and accountability to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey.
∎ Progress Monitoring: Track client progress, adjust plans accordingly, and provide feedback.
∎ Promote Gym Services:Informing new clients about the gym's amenities, services, and special offers.
∎ Maintain a Safe Environment:Ensuring clients use equipment properly, follow safety guidelines, and are aware of emergency procedures.
∎ Promote the Gym:Using social media and other channels to attract new clients and promote the gym's image.
∎ Provide Nutritional Guidance:Offering advice on healthy eating habits and how to complement fitness routines
∎ Gym Operations and Promotion:
