Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, develop and implement exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues of employees
∎ Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions
∎ Ensuring the safety of employees during training sessions.
∎ Monitoring BMI on a regular basis.
∎ Motivating employees who have reached a plateau in weight loss
∎ Prepare daily health chart and provide necessary guidelines to the employee for health development.
∎ Handle nutrition and health-related questions
∎ Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely
∎ Follow safety and hygiene guidelines
