Educational Requirements:
∎ Should at least passed H.S.C or equivalent exams.
∎ Technical Training on civil engineering works.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise finishing works in the assigned project(s) as per specification.
∎ Supervise finishing quality of the project
∎ Support finish work to meet customer requirement when necessary.
∎ Check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any
∎ Supervision of regular and temporary workers
∎ Follow the work schedules for timely completion of the assigned task

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of experience in finishing civil works.
∎ Superior supervisory and leadership skills is necessary in this position.
∎ Effective oral and written communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
