Responsibilities & Context: Number of Vacancies: 100 Experience: For candidates with field experience in microcredit projects at established NGOs, educational qualifications are relaxable, and salary is negotiable. Priority will be given to candidates experienced in riding motorcycles with a valid driving license. Priority will be given to candidates proficient in MS Office (Excel), internet usage, and computer applications. Gender: Both males and females are eligible to apply. Age: Minimum 23 years, Maximum 35 years. Job Type: Permanent. Duties and Responsibilities Communicate and visit societies/groups as per the Branch Manager`s instructions and work plan. Receive detailed instructions regarding daily tasks from the Branch Manager before going to the field. Prepare accurate top-sheets based on collection sheets and submit collected funds to the Accountant after verification by the Branch Manager. Conduct field movements in the afternoon to form new societies, increase membership, verify loan projects, prevent arrears, and hold issue-based meetings. Monitor whether members are aware of their savings balance, loan installment counts, and organizational rules. Monitor for instances of "False Loans" or members lending their loan money to others. In case of installment default, take initiatives through home visits or group pressure/mediation until recovery, and immediately inform the Branch Manager about defaulters. Ensure member signatures in resolution books and organize seating arrangements for meetings. Manage a portfolio of approximately 400 members and 350 borrowers. Supervise and collect installments from 14–16 societies (each with 30 members) per week. Carry out any other duties assigned by the authority, including disaster management tasks. Salary and Benefits Probation Period: 6 months (may be adjusted based on performance). Salary: 1st Month (Training): Training allowance of 15,000 BDT (Relaxable for experienced candidates). After Regularization: Junior Field Officer: 20,000 – 29,125 BDT per month. Senior Field Officer: 25,000 – 34,675 BDT per month. Other Benefits: 3 festival bonuses annually, Baishakhi allowance, CPF, Gratuity, annual increments, and staff welfare benefits. Fuel and mobile bills provided as per policy. Performance-based bonuses and incentive allowances. Education Allowance: 2,000 BDT per child (up to two children, total 4,000 BDT). Health Facilities: Free healthcare coverage ranging from 35,000 to 500,000 BDT annually. Weekly Holiday: 2 days (Friday and Saturday).
