Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research to identify new marketing opportunities.
∎ Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
∎ Implementing marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals.
∎ Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Coordinating promotional activities, events and medical campaigns.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Taking patients feedback and suggestions to improve quality to the concerned authority.
∎ Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
∎ Integrate marketing, operations and financial initiatives.
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices and submit daily reports.
∎ Lead the team members develop their skills, and achieve sales target.
∎ Set, monitor and report on team goals.
∎ Any other task assign by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Medical Assistant Training School (MATS) qualified candidates will get preference.
∎ Candidates having experience 5 years in business department or marketing while previous experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center or pharmaceutical company will get preference.
∎ Good understanding of the healthcare system.
∎ Should have efficient manner, good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Proficient in using microsoft office and sales mobile application.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.
