Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma Engineering in Civil from any reputed University / Institute with good academic back ground.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent of the project and plan accordingly.
∎ To ensure progress of the construction works as per schedule.
∎ To maintain project cost by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ To ensure that all logistics supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, detailing are available on demand at site so that project work flow will not be interrupted.
∎ To prepare construction progress report and submit to concerned authority on time.
∎ To check bills of the contractors and coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to ensure payment accordingly.
∎ To ensure safety & security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To submit the requisition with proper product specifications by analyzing inventory.
∎ To manage Civil Construction Project of Large Magnitude.
∎ You will report to CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Expertise in Government Departments (LGED, DPHE etc.) Developments works.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): All Construction Work, (Specially RCC Drains and BC & RCC Road).
∎ Capacity to lead several projects.
∎ The incumbent must be a very good planner.
Salary: Negotiable
