Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferable to have candidates who have Passed Minimum Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery.
∎ Preferred to have diploma in Nursing or Midwifery

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to participate in training sessions at Directorate General of Family Planning (DGFP), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Planning;
∎ Visit Family Planning service centers to collect required information;
∎ Interview households based on the responded list to gather information related to family planning matters;
∎ Conduct group discussions with respondents and their family members;
∎ Document all the findings in the provided data collection tools;
∎ Identify and report any issues that may arise while conducting survey interviews;
∎ Ensure that Consultants are kept well-informed of completed assignments and progress;
∎ Any other reasonable duties in connection with the survey.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Present the data to the Program Manager/ Head Office at the end of week;
∎ Report to the Program Manager/ Head Office for further direction at the end of week;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Good Communication skills.
∎ Ability to gather information in an objective, appropriate and sensitive way.
