Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating posts for social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
∎ Responding to social media posts (comments replies, message replies, etc.)
∎ Creating promotion (product promotion)
∎ Basic knowledge of Canva (for creating posts)
∎ Lead the development and execution of our digital strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
∎ Identify and leverage content types that resonate best with our target audience on each platform updated on emerging social media trends and tools by attending relevant events and staying abreast of industry developments.
∎ Research industry benchmarks and audience preferences to inform our social media strategy.
∎ Keep track of competitors' social media activities and trends to inform our strategy.
