Job Responsibilities:
Manage patient serials and appointments in the doctor's chamber.
Assist patients in maintaining an orderly consultation process.
Explain the doctor's prescriptions to patients clearly and appropriately.
Guide patients regarding necessary instructions and follow-up procedures.
Maintain professional, polite, and friendly communication with patients.
Ensure smooth coordination between the doctor and patients.
