Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor/ Master's Degree in English or other relevant.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
∎ Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.
∎ Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
∎ Review inventories and order as required.
∎ Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
∎ Track the status of any orders.
∎ Review deliveries against the orders.
∎ Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
∎ Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
∎ Produce and maintain all reports.
∎ Manage any procurement activities including Request For Proposals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience in Feed Industry raw material purchase will give preference.
∎ Have good knowledge on raw materials/purchase/tradings.
∎ Have good negotiation & communications skill.
∎ Must good in English.
∎ Freshers are encourage to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
