Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervised daily operations of the pharmaceutical-grade plastic packaging manufacturing unit, ensuring timely production and on-time delivery.
∎ Managed end-to-end production of primary packaging products such as bottles, caps, containers, stopper, Cup, Spoon etc.
∎ Ensured strict compliance with cGMP, EU GMP, ISO 9001:2015 on GMP to primary plastic packaging.
∎ Implemented ISO 9001:2015 (Primary Packaging – Pharma) across production and documentation, integrating quality risk management practices.
∎ Supervised process validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ for injection molding, blow molding equipment.
∎ Introduced and maintained CAPA systems, Change Control, and Deviation Management to strengthen QMS culture.
∎ Collaborated with QA/QC teams for extractables and leachable testing and material compatibility assessments with drug products.
∎ Maintained strict quality control protocols aligned with ISO, regulatory, and client-specific standards.
∎ Optimized pharmaceutical-grade raw material usage (PP, LDPE, HDPE), balancing regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.
∎ Managed a workforce of 150 workers and supervisors, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and EHS compliance.
∎ Coordinated with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure material availability and seamless production flow.
