Job Context:
∎ Full time mostly on Factory, office work job.
∎ With initial contract of 6 months. After evaluation of 6 months on satisfactory performance your job will be permanent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Factory management
∎ a. Ensuring Manufacturing processes run efficiently, planning & organising
∎ production schedules, assessing labour requirements for on time delivery.
∎ b. Ensure site (on site) measurement, fitting ,delivery issues (entry , stair, lobby,
∎ electric connections etc. measurements)
∎ c. Maintaining product QC in different stages(frame size, paint, accessories etc.)
∎ d. Maintain product status file.
∎ e. Purchase requisition, prepare and confirm purchase status for all factory items.
∎ f. Product status picture at the day end.
∎ g. Incorporate updated production system & equipment at factory.
∎ h. To ensure that product delivery starts within 11:00am (All deliverable & committed
∎ products must leave Minimal Factory within mentioned time)
∎ i. Make sure about the good quality of products, delivery, installation & client
∎ satisfaction.
∎ j. Maintain Minimal Whatsapp groups & update regularly.
∎ k. Maintain Minimal authorised telecommunication mediums (phone, Whatsapp or
∎ any online media) to contact clients & Minimal head office.
∎ 2. Employee management
∎ a. To take care of factory based employees job related problems and demands.
∎ b. Managing all Minimal workers' daily job routine.
∎ c. Minimal workers leave, attendance, refreshments and evaluation documentation.
∎ d. CCTV monitoring for factory premises.
∎ e. Delivery scheduling for Minimal pickup(Truck) & driver.
∎ f. Labour management for delivery, rework, installation, load & unload of any
∎ product or materials.
∎ 3. Inventory management
∎ a. Maintain Factory product Inventory daily.
∎ b. Maintain Factory material Inventory daily.
∎ c. Maintain Minimal tools Inventory.
∎ 4. Rework
∎ a. Managing rework, repair or extension jobs for any factory production.
∎ b. Managing rework, repair or extension jobs for any Minimal site.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

Salary: Tk. 23000 - 25000 (Monthly)
