Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Medical Device and Appliance Fact, Pharmaceticul Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare necessary documents like SOP, Validation Protocol / Report, BMR.
∎ To conduct continued process verification and PQR with statistical process control evaluation.
∎ To report any deviation/non-conformance from approved process.
∎ To monitor all in process activities during routine production.
∎ To inspect the plant to ensure that good house-keeping and approved procedures are being practiced to ensure that at all times it meets the standards of cGMP.
∎ Six Sixma & Lean Sixgma implementation, Followup and Follow through.
∎ plan and draw up a production schedule
∎ select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance
∎ ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers
∎ monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
∎ monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
∎ ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
∎ ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
∎ work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
∎ collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers
∎ supervise and motivate a team of workers
∎ review worker performance and identify training needs.
∎ Follow DGDA guideline and conduct the Audit with govt officeals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expart in English Comunication
∎ Excellent skill in MS tools
∎ Good Ledership with motivating approches
Salary: Negotiable
