Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering / Architecture from any reputed university or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture from Government Polytechnic Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to controlling & monitoring Production in Furniture Factory.
∎ Should have sufficient technical & Formulation knowledge.
∎ Should have knowledge & capability to control production to the Factory.
∎ Should have experience in maintaining Inventory of Factory & Production Planning.
∎ Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & report writing.
∎ Make the best use of all furniture manufacturing machinery, tools and manpower
∎ Look after all sections, specially the machines, saw mill, carpentry and sanding sections
∎ Train up officers and workers for achieving better performance at the workplace, motivate them for raising production, productivity and quality standards
∎ Communicate with the store and purchase departments in case of material requirements & shortages
∎ Maintain smooth communication with other departments
∎ Create all kinds of necessary documentations and assist in creating and maintaining SOPs
∎ Create and submit reports for daily production, reasons of less production, inventory, floor stock, bill of materials (BOM), purchase requirements (PR), purchase orders (PO), any type of unexpected production issues, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoints
∎ Proactive problem solving & troubleshooting skills
∎ Planning and organization skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead the overall manufacturing process
∎ Deep understanding of modern furniture manufacturing techniques
