Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
∎ Degree in Industrial Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering will add advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for all affairs and issues related with factory and production management.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations,
∎ Be responsible for administrative and sound production process as per planning.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes
∎ Will ensure the material planning in conjunction with sales forecast so sufficient material is available for smooth, in time production
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery's are in good working condition.
∎ Production planning, manpower planning as per plan and scheduling his another prime responsibility.
∎ Ensuring mechanical, machineries, power. utility supply in un-interruption way.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality
∎ Standards
∎ Be responsible to maintain factory's hygiene, safety and hazard free environment.
∎ Must ensure the compliance issues and factory related licenses, documentaries, govt. local agencies and other departmental lawful requirements.
∎ Will be responsible for taking care of all company' properties, supplies, raw materials, finished goods and other assets and properties.
∎ Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experience: at least 10 years experience as manager and 03 years experience as factory manager/in- Charge.
∎ Printing and packaging factory experience will add advantage.
∎ Skills Required: factory management.
∎ Having knowledge on procurement process, VAT, Tax, warehousing, Machines and equipment maintenance.
∎ Having enough knowledge about contemporary and latest factory/labor laws, compliances issues, and factory's mechanical and electrical issues.
