∎ The candidate should have the skill to work under pressure and persistence is essential. Thus, it is crucial to continuously develop product quality and convenience for clients and be able to work independently, staying motivated.

∎ Planning factory daily routines.
∎ Achievement of factory maintenance goal monthly.
∎ Planning new strategy to promote brand awareness and increase sales and quality of product.
∎ Maintaining relationships with all clients & influencers.
∎ Collect market and competitor information which helps to make strategic decisions for the company and is responsible for developing sales and products.
∎ Implementing machine maintenance operating Procedures and ensuring that factory machinery is in good order.
∎ Overall monitoring the factory operations and taking corrective action as and when required.
∎ Context : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Factory Manager to lead our Block Factory. Eco Advanced in its Operations. You will be responsible for the complete oversight of factory operations, Production, waste, Inventory, and all factory–related information.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
