Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment and developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
∎ Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ To motivate the workforce for achieving the company's goal.
∎ Lead automation, innovation & adaption of technology.
∎ To establish clear operating standards and systems for all aspects of the operations to maintain and improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
∎ Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) in the factory.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ Adherence to sustainability and Operations Risk Management (ORM).
∎ Ensure Daily direction setting is implemented and established in the area of responsibility to support and ensure delivery of KPI's.
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
∎ Any others task assigned by Management.
