Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PRODUCTION :
∎ Receive materials from Procurement as per plan/ production schedule
∎ Produce and dispatch to complete plans as per PPS and promised delivery
∎ Produce required quality and quantity according to Sales requirements / demands
∎ PLANNING :
∎ Assist in preparing yearly, seasonally, monthly & weekly raw materials &production plans.
∎ Organize production as per daily plans following weekly plans which may be setout from time to time.
∎ To ensure proper utilization of warehouse, production & distribution through effective planning
∎ PROCESS :
∎ Ensure efficient use of material, machine and manpower etc
∎ Constant follow-up of "Process Quality Control"
∎ INNOVATIONS :
∎ Constant study of latest technique from magazines, journals etc.
∎ Keep abreast of other Departments of Otobi Limited.
∎ Develop new system to remain ahead of competition.
∎ Hold scheduled meetings required for smooth running of COM
∎ Consider automation / job simplification wherever applicable / possible
∎ ORGANIZATION AND LAYOUT :
∎ Establish proper organizational chart for COM to ensure proper communication
∎ Plan workshop lay-out for better work - flow, productivity and efficiency
∎ Ensure efficient material transport system within the COM
∎ MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT :
∎ Make optimum use of machinery and equipment under your control
∎ Make economic appraisal for new machinery before suggesting to place order
∎ Propose machinery on the basis of reliability, performance and price
∎ ADMINISTRATION :
∎ Maintain proper raw materials storage production and delivery records
∎ Maintain proper loading of workers and employees for each department
∎ Maintain proper Inventory of machinery and equipment and other physical assets
∎ Ensure wages are paid strictly in accordance with Otobi standard policy
∎ Analyze Customer Claim and Shop Returns and take corrective action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 15 to 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can capable to work with various department.

Salary: Negotiable
