Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BSC engineer, MBA or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in Factory general management.
∎ Should take full range of day to day production responsibilities and carry out planning of the production as designated by management.
∎ Process order and assign specific task to each group and oversee each division to improve overall productivity and quality.
∎ Sufficient knowledge about production planning, production management and quality control.
∎ Maintain stable workforce, control and minimize factory overhead cost, operational and production cost.
∎ Strategic, Independent, strong leadership and project management skills with leadership mentality.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Create strong performance culture that reinforce the organization's required behaviors and motivate, develop all team members to deliver their full potential.
∎ Implement advanced safety measures.
∎ Take measures to reduce material and labor wastage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 7 year(s) of prior work experience in related field from reputable organization.
