Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters in any discipline.
∎ BSc. In Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and monitor the production schedule and action plan to ensure distribution of the products within proper time.
∎ To ensure wastage within the allowable limits.
∎ To maintain the production cost within the budget.
∎ To ensure smooth & efficient production by giving technical decisions & calculative follow-up.
∎ To maintain accurate and reliable data for appropriate decision-making.
∎ To ensure cost minimization for auxiliaries & utilities.
∎ Capable of the utilization of man power, machine, and material to achieve daily production targets.
∎ Should have good knowledge about Pickle/Chutney/Dry fruits/ any Food Products production unit.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per prescribed format.
∎ Maintain proper factory environment.
∎ Ensure proper discipline and behavior of the factory employees.
∎ Maintain proper safety & security of the factory.
∎ Perform any other duty assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 5 year(s) in relevant field.
∎ At-least 2 years in similar type of position.
Salary: Negotiable
