Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc/ MBA/ Masters

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Factory Administration, Legal, Manufacturing business, People Management, Revenue Generation, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Accessories, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Factory In-charge need to have a keen understanding of plant operation procedure, also handle current market practices as per international standard.
∎ Provide day to day administration and general services to all the departments involving production, testing, packaging, delivery, communications with head office, logistics, factory HR & office administrative functions,
∎ Develop & implement new policies as per business needs as per company procedures.
∎ Responsible for plant production goals.
∎ Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
∎ Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
∎ Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.
∎ Set short and long term strategy
∎ Understand the BOM and regulatory requirement
∎ Set effective HR policies to control effective turnover rate and regulatory issues.
∎ Establish budgetary control.
∎ Maintain contact with relevant Govt. offices and vendors, visit and solve related issues with various Govt. and private agencies on an on-going basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ An in-depth knowledge of general administration services of the factory is required.
∎ Good Liaison/ Communication Skill with Govt. & Non- Govt. Offices.
∎ Build ownership on the Company, self-driven, self-motivated, and will deliver the best to the Company.

Salary:
