∎ As an integral part of this journey, MEC Engineering Services is seeking dynamic, responsible & innovative individual for the following post

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze customer design proposal and specifications, evaluate proposal and suggests an estimate for the project.
∎ Ensure end-to-end coordination of installation and commissioning activity of boilers and chillers.
∎ Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs.
∎ Preparation of quotations.
∎ Generates reports and measures of departmental operations as well as records on all inventory, and tools.
∎ Schedules repairs for parts to ensure minimal down-time in job completion.
∎ Instructs crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship.
∎ Answers doubts and queries of customer on products, selection, optimizing equipment and services offered.
∎ Book Projects, Motivate Team and Manage Branch effectively.
∎ Prepares and presents quotes for add-on/replacement of equipment, preventive services and/or remediation, on request. Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-10 Years, Experience in boiler and chiller operation in heavy industries will be an added advantage.
∎ Technical knowledge on boiler and chiller.
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
