Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mailing Check and Reply
∎ Invoice, Packing list ready for shipments, communication with merchandiser,shipping line
∎ Dummy BL Check and reply, Shipping bill checking
∎ ERP Checking for invoice, packing list for shipments and dummy BL Check and reply if found any mismatch
∎ Export documents submitted to Bank, update statement as accordingly
∎ Sometimes original BL Collect from shipping line
∎ Online vessel booking to shipping line
∎ Sap money requisition create for Fob BL
∎ Bank documents submit, statements and ERP Export statements update
∎ Any other Tasks assign by the superior.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
