∎ Should have experience to talk with Customer over the phone. Basics responsibility will be as follows :

∎ Minimum 2 Year Experience in tele calling is required.
∎ Have to be excellent in both Bengali and English speaking.
∎ Have to be punctual and gentle.
∎ Should be able to maintain good manner and dress up.
∎ Should be excellent in communication & have pleasing personality.
