∎ সর্বনিম্ন ৫ বৎসর গাড়ি চালানোর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।প্রাইভেটকার ও মাইক্রোবাস ড্রাইভারদের জন্য হালকা/মধ্যম লাইসেন্সধারী এবং বাস ড্রাইভারদের জন্য মধ্যম/ভারী লাইসেন্সধারী হতে হবে।উল্লিখিত যোগ্যতা ছাড়াও প্রার্থীর নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়ে যোগ্যতা ও জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।সড়ক পরিবহন আইন ২০১৮ সঠিকভাবে বোঝা।অটো ও ম্যানুয়াল গাড়ি চালানোর অভিজ্ঞতা।প্রার্থীদের বাংলা ভালোভাবে পড়া ও লেখার যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে।বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র থাকা আবশ্যক।প্রাইভেটকার, মাইক্রোবাস ও বাস চালানোর অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন প্রার্থীরা অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন।সর্বোপরি, প্রার্থীকে ভালো মানুষ হতে হবে।
∎ সর্বনিম্ন ৫ বৎসর গাড়ি চালানোর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ প্রাইভেটকার ও মাইক্রোবাস ড্রাইভারদের জন্য হালকা/মধ্যম লাইসেন্সধারী এবং বাস ড্রাইভারদের জন্য মধ্যম/ভারী লাইসেন্সধারী হতে হবে।
∎ উল্লিখিত যোগ্যতা ছাড়াও প্রার্থীর নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়ে যোগ্যতা ও জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
∎ সড়ক পরিবহন আইন ২০১৮ সঠিকভাবে বোঝা।
∎ অটো ও ম্যানুয়াল গাড়ি চালানোর অভিজ্ঞতা।
