∎ Training/Trade Course: Quality Control
∎ Skills Required: Documentation, good communication skill, Good Computer Knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop processes and systems to ensure product quality
∎ Closely work with the production team and guide to ensure product quality
∎ Confirm raw materials and accessories quality before production
∎ Ensure product quality checking by process quality control
∎ Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzes the root cause, and take corrective actions for rectification
∎ Establish a strong quality control team through on the job training by following quality SOP, tools, and techniques
∎ Record maintaining and provide the quality control report to the supervisor
∎ To maintain inline quality control, process control, tools calibration & quality plan.
∎ To work for wastage minimization and quality improvement.
∎ To analyze drawings for creating more parameter checking to develop quality.
∎ To find out the sources of new testing machines and installation.
∎ To maintain quality of equipment/machine/tools calibration & service.
∎ To discuss instant & regular problem with concern department and management.
∎ To maintain proper documentation for fixtures & different testing reports.
∎ To provide training to the working persons.
∎ To make in-house quality standard.
∎ To conduct regular process QC report analysis.
∎ To collect data from different assembly lines and analyzed.

∎ Age 24 to 40 years
