∎ Search daily the e-GP, BPDB, BREB, DPDC, DESCO, PGCB, NESCO Etc. (Army, Navy and Airforce), DGDP and other tender portal Find the prospective tenders and take approval from authority to select the tender for preparation Purchase the selected tender document. Attend the pre-bid meeting to understand the tender clauses and requirements. Read and prepare the checklist to arrange all the required documents. Collect and update the rates for all items/materials. Collaborate with team members and department head to report on progress and seek clarification when needed. Prepare the JV agreement and notarized for Tender submission. Prepare tender book, arrange book binding for e-GP and other tender Arrange for tender submission in time. Ensure timely submission of tenders to clients and daily work update to department head. Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for official purposes.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experienced on e-GP, BPDB, BREB, DPDC, DESCO, PGCB, NESCO Etc. Procurement (Army, Navy and Airforce), DGDP and other tendering process. Experienced in MS office specially in Excel, word and power point. Experienced in adobe Photoshop. Excellent typing speed in English and Bangla word.
