∎ Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting Computer literacy: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Email communication.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication skills.
∎ Candidates who have Diploma in IPE will get more preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing, to effectively communicate with foreign suppliers, shipping lines, and other international stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the timely preparation of all import documents to facilitate the smooth execution of import procedures and compliance with regulations.
∎ Possess sound knowledge of Letter of Credit (L/C) processes, amendments, and terms and conditions, liaising with banks and other organizations regarding L/C and payment issues.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of raw materials and accessories through import processes.
∎ Experienced in operating an ERP system for group import raw materials, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
∎ Communicate with parties in contracts to ensure mutual understanding of terms, particularly regarding financial aspects, and stay updated on market trends, material prices, and product developments.
∎ Follow up on the Procurement to Payment process in line with the Procurement Policy, maintaining and updating all Supply Chain Management (SCM) reports for relevant departments.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the supply chain function.
