Job Responsibilities:
∎ Seek the reliable suppliers, check the capability against the specifications and enlist them
∎ Analyze the stock, review the requisition and communicate the stakeholders to procure the materials following the SOP
∎ Ensure overall purchase incorporating the storage capacity, requisition, sales trend and external market factors
∎ Collect all relevant documents and assess to ensure the payment to suppliers properly and timely
∎ Project price trends and analyze its impact on future activities of the company
∎ Set strategic relationship with all suppliers
∎ Maintain good relationship with external stakeholders including Clearing and Forwarding agents (C&F), VAT and Customs Authority, Shippers
