Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure low-cost contracts as well as high-quality work and services.
∎ Managing local procurement for construction materials, equipment, and services with the best lead time, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
∎ To select vendors, service providers, and subcontractors for project works.
∎ Ensure negotiating, executing, and adhering to Contract Standards.
∎ Checking all clearance costs to ensure that they are both cost-effective and timely.
∎ To track market prices and negotiate the best deals with suppliers, keep complete, up-to-date purchasing records, data, and pricing in the ERP Procurement system and the master file.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
