Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing line clearance/start-up and in process checks during manufacturing operations.
∎ Checking/monitoring dispensing activity of raw materials to ensure cGMP guidelines are followed.
∎ Performing, checking, compilation and archiving of batch documents.
∎ Preparing/checking SOPs, CAPA, QRM and other quality documents.
∎ Issuing BMR, BPR, Logbook, following the respective SOPs.
∎ Conducting document and data control activities.
∎ Monitoring and execution of process validation and Cleaning validation.
∎ Preparing product quality review.
∎ Participating of new packaging materials development activity.
∎ Participating in assigned validation/qualification activity as per approved protocol.
∎ Preparation and compilation of Dossier for different countries.
∎ Handling of customer complaints/change control/deviation/OOS/risk management/product recall activities.
∎ Designing and monitoring CAPA plan resulting from the investigation of complaints, deviation, audits, regulatory inspection finding and trend from process performance and product quality review for their effective implementation.
∎ Monitoring of Toll Manufacturing related activities which is not limited to Dispensing, IPC activity, Batch Release and QMS related activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on GLP, GMP, Calibration
∎ Computer literacy
